The hotel is located at the "Ringe" close to Rudolfplatz and Friesenplatz, considered as one of the best locations in Cologne.
The bedrooms are furnished comfortably to a good standard in a traditional style creating a homely atmosphere. The breakfast room is very bright. It is laid out with white tiles and furnished with white furniture. A large window front gives the breakfast room plenty of natural day light.
The hotel is housed in a traditional sandstone building with shops and restaurants around it.
The lobby is dark green and brown colour scheme with dark brown heavy leather furniture. It reflects the style of a typical English gentlemen's club.
