The hotel is located in the westend of Hamburg on the west side of the centre but in a fantastic location in the middle between amusement quarter, shopping/pedestrian area and the famous Fishmarket. Very convenient to explore all sites of Hamburg.
The rooms are generous bright, using natural materials and many little details to make you feel like home. Large beds and bathrooms with freedom to move in all rooms, individual classic design, pieces instead of usual bleak suite and of course all the modern standards such as TV, CD Video and computer modems.
Noble dishes in a noble ambience - the Italian style restaurant Da Caio in the Gastwerk - it is a meeting point for hotel guests and connoisseurs of good food from all over Hamburg.
The hotel is housed in a traditional old red brick building with modern features - the building was the former Gasstation 150 years ago and provided the area with gas. It is an imposing industrial building combined with modern design.
The massive Lobby is impressive - designed in an old industrial design featuring perfectly the building's old historical background - within the building and with a huge window roof.
This is a fantastic hotel for the traveller who wants to stay in a special ambience and location and enjoy his stay in a truly special hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for its style, location and friendliness. It is a unique hotel with excellent Bars and restaurants. |
